Any indication it's failing? Low fuel pressure? Regardless, is there any particular reason you don't want to stay with the stock pump? Mine with a KB boost-a-pump has been feeding my steed very well.
Well i loaded a tune a few months ago and it gave me a lot more power but here lately my power doesn't seem to be there, So I looked for a test port for fuel pressure and can't find one. With 111k on it i figured that would be a good place to start.
Nowhere to check fuel pressure that I'm aware of...with that said, it likely isn't your fuel pump causing your issues. With that mileage, I'd look at a plug replacement and the fuel filter replacement. Have either of these every been done? You sure you're just not used to the tune at this point? Have you tried clearing the ECU (disconnect battery for 30 minutes) to clear the adaptive learning or whatever it's called?
