Which valve springs?

Which valve springs would you guys recommend to use with a Comp Cams XE282HR cam? it has .565, .574 lift.

nick, it all depends on the head... What head are you using? How high will you be spinning the motor

well i dont have the heads yet, or a car haha, but im gonna get afr 185 or 165's.
