Which valvesprings do you recommend?

I am buying vt stage 2 cams and I wanted to know which valvesprings are the best to use.

I would go with Comp or Manley.

Manley Nextek.. They allow for more .580.. as compared to the .550 allowed by comp

My VT st2 heads came with Comps and they will work fine with the VT cams. The Manley springs are a nice step up from the Comps if you want to spend the extra money.

I have heard good things about the manley's I have comps I believe and have no issues. My lift is .545 if I remeber correctly

manley > comp imo but you'll be fine with either.

Alrighty.....here are my picks for springs.....

Comp.....Crower......Manley NEXTEK......Enduratek

Price and quality increase from left to right. That being said...the Comps work fine for 90% of people. They can handle more than .550 lift.
