which wires with longtubes

I am installing twisted wedge heads with bbk longtubes, and problems with wires on this setup? I was going to get the taylor 409's with the 135 degree boots. Is that cool, or do you reccomend any other wires? Do you mount them under the headers or normal? thanks..

i'm not sure about part numbers but whatever wire you get, i've seen guys use heat deflector tape on their wires to keep the headers from cookin'em

I run the Taylor pro race and some wire separators, I have no problems with them touching.

i was thinkin bout wrapping 2-3 inches of header wrap around my wires do yall think that will work?

Better than nothing, just keep them off the headers.
