Whistling Sound

Is the whistling sound from my C&L plenum & Accufab TB normal? I hear it when I accelerate at lower speeds, it's not loud or anything. Some have told me that the C&L usually makes that noise and it's normal, but I'm not so sure.

any code ? my friend 2001 had the same problem, and he be ran like that for year, and my friend 95 crow vic has the same problem, we all call it a ghost sound . If its not hurt your performing then its fine.

No code at all. Maybe it's normal on the C&L plenum

My C&L is silent as a church mouse. I originally had the C&L on my former
99 gt. I noticed when I put it on my 04 that the front vacum hose going
into the C&L was quite a bit larger than the inlet on the C&L.
to make it tight I put a smaller piece of hose on the inlet and then slipped
the vacum hose over that. So Ford must have changed to a larger hose at
some point between 99 and 04. Anyway what Im saying is check for vacum
leaks.
