WHO DAT!!!!!!!

I'm f'n pissed :nonono:... G.D. Vikings totally screwed the pooch today. F'n fumbles killed them. Vikings totally outplayed the Saints, but the fumbles did them in... If there was ever a chance for them to go all the way, this was the year... not sure what Favre has left in him and not sure if they'll resign him. Vikes don't have a chance without Favre next year, unless they sign some sweet stud QB which I don't see happening. F'kn Tavaris Jackson and Sage Rosenfels suck.

I like the Saints, but I like the Colts more. Honestly, if the Saints play in the Superbowl like they played today, they are going to get killed. If the Saints play well, I think it will be a very good game, which is what I'm hoping for.

Either way, a team I like wins the Superbowl.

:nice:

The Saints' win wasn't pretty. They knew the Vikings D was the best in the NFL, and Favre and co. are one of the best offenses, but they did what they had to do, ruffle Favre and force him to make mistakes. That's Coach Payton. He's a mastermind.

Saints "A" game > Colts "A" game.

It wasn't pretty, but the mission was to hit Favre hard & often. It worked. The Saints D isn't stellar, but they're built to create turnovers - which they did. I respect the Colts tremendously and am really looking forward to this game.

With that said........ WHO DAT!!!!!!!!!!!

Yea, but ruffle and out and out dirty going after a guy is different. There could have been another 3 roughing the passer penalties that weren't called. WTF, a guy drilled him in the knees on the first INT. Where was the flag? :bs:

Lost games always come down to bad calls and calls that were missed. Been there. As a Saints fan, believe me, we know what it's like. :)

Bottom line is Payton put a bounty on Favre to rattle him. It worked.
