I know that the 5.0 was great for racking up big numbers on mileage, what have you guys have on your 4.6's ? I'm at 99,000 on my 99 GT and it still runs strong, no leaks , no smoke, no problems................................

107K on my 99 GT 5speed, spraying and driving the **** of the car. No problems, you just need to pay a little more attention to the car. Besides engines this days are proven to last between 300K-400K miles, me and my father own a used car dealer and we seen some trucks (GM & Chevy) with anywhere from 250K to 320K. I had once a 00 VW Jetta VR6 (5speed) with 197K I drove it every weekend to San Antonio, TX (around 800 miles round trip) with no problem and the MPG were about 25-30 for the Jetta.

75K on my 2002 GT. Just drove 3000 miles to FL for vacation this week with no problems. The TOB started squeeking at 37K miles and still squeeks.

I don't exactly now, but when I got my 5 speed I raced a couple of 03 mustangs with O/R mid pipes and I beat a couple of them. My car runs great, but this year I will change internals for the sake of performance.
