I'm trying to spruce up the interior a little. So who makes a good set of gauge overlays? I bought a cheap set for my 5.0 and the lighting is not that great....yes all of the glue was removed. They do not have to be white faced.

instead of the gauges, i am going to put the billet trim piece from UPR. but, as far as overlays...just stay away from ebay.

I have been using speed hut for a while. Just went with a simple design. Only issue I have is that the redline isn't perfect.

Ive got these ones. For $20 they're good. The numbers dont line up perfectly, but you can only tell when its getting dark, but still light outside and you turn the lights on. The numbers dont fully light up, but once its dark the numbers fully light up.

IMO, these look better installed than the UPR's. Mustang Instrument Gauge Dress Up Kit

Speedhut would be my choice.

I was gonna do overlays and trim rings and whatnot but decided this would be best bet even though it cost more. Couldn't be happier with these: Ford Mustang Upgrade Instrument Cluster Modules by Simco Ltd.

I got my EL glow overlays (white-face) from either Mustangtuning (American Muscle) or UPR. They worked fine and came with a switch for green or blue.

Jeg's has a sale price on it: Simco 2034-701 - Simco Gauge Cluster Modules & Kits - JEGS

though about it cuz it looked like ti replaced the entire cluster - but it is over-lays with a new bezel. So it'd still be using my tach which is on the fritz.

I forgot that the pre-99 wasn't a full cluster replacement....that sucks.
