Nobody. That is custom. Looks they used two plastic elbows that you can get from vortech. With couplings it shouldnt cost you more then $75. check out superchargersonline.com. they should have everything you need for cheaper then you can get it anywhere else.

Thanks for the reply! With those elbows, how did they attach the hoses to them? The elbows don't have attachments. Is there a way to custom make them?

I am guessing that they just bought some plastic fittings from a hardware store and drilled two holes in the elbow and screwed/pushed them in and sealed them with some rtv. thats the only way I know how to do that and make it air tight. You can also use the plastic elbow that mounts up to the blower from a AFM boost pipe and rig up something to attatch the air filter.
