Whole bunch of questions, exhaust, lowering springs ect... please look

Hi, i recently bought a white 89 GT 5 speed, it has 153,000 and the topend has been rebuilt supposivly 10k ago. Now i have started buy parts LOTS of em. first let me tell u my parts list.

Stuff already on the car
Cold air intake
some kind of h pipe with cats
and a cheap exhaust with ravin mufflers

Stuff sitting in my room
Cobra R rims 17X8 in front 17X9 in rear
Ford Racing clutch, clutch cable, firewall adjuster and triple quadrant

Stuff on the way
BBK 70 mm TB & spacer
BBK Shorty headers
BBK off road X pipe no cats
Flowmaster american thunder exhaust

Ok now for the questions & yea i know how to search after seeing about 20 pages of stuff that is in the ball park of what im looking for but not quite what i wanna know..so i figured id post..

My buddy has a 92 gt with welds on it and 255 tires in the rear with the same exhaust i ordered and the back tire looks pretty close. So im wondering am i going to be able to put a 275 tire in the rear with out doing anything to the exhaust.????

Next question
does anyone have this setup with the stuff on the way that i wrote up top. does it bolt up good or am i gonna have problems with bolting the exhaust to the X pipe or to the headers?? Or should everything jus go on good? (i hope)

Lowering spring question
Im now looking for springs. I dont want to slam the car i am interested in the prokit from ebach. But im wondering if someone has pics of there car with 17s and lowering springs... please name the springs!!!. if so please send a link or post....

1/4 mile question
now with all thes bolt ons put on what should i expect. I am a good driver and as of right now id expect the car to run around 15.0 to be honest. but with all these put on it should pep it up a bit. also what do u think the diffrence would be with 3.73's.

1 more question when i push the button to pop my trunk in the glove box it doesnt work what do u think it is.. i forgot to seach for that so i might as well ask...

THANKS any info would be great

Craig

Don't know about the exhaust, but I also have the cobra 17x9s on the back of my car. The tires on the back of mine are 255x40s. The rear upper control arm is about a half inch from rubbing the back of my tires so I wouldn't try going any wider unless you had spacers behind the rims, but I don't know how good they are. I don't have any pics but I have Mac springs on mine and have about an inch gap from the tire to the fender. It actually don't ride to bad and the handling is great.

Heres my car with 17" snypers and Eibach Pro-Kit.
