i would hope that the part numbers fot 99+ gt and cobra are different. the cobras have a different style exhasut because of the IRS.

Couldn't say for sure... the guy at the muffler place called his Magnaflow guy, told him what I have, told him the part number I gave him, told him what I was wanting, and the Magnaflow guy said this will do me. I'm not worried, they have the know-how and tools to get the job done in 30 to 45 min. and that's all I concerned about.
