I'm looking to purchase new Buns for a set of '70 seats, I'm about to re-upholster. I'm curious if there's any difference in Quality, and who, or which ones to shy away from? What do you think?

What's wrong with your buns? I just did a set of 65 seats, OE buns were perfect. Doing a 68 set now, OE buns perfect. 20 years ago I did a set of seats, 35 years old at the time, springs and frames rusty and broken, buns perfect. In fact, they still are.

If the buns are trashed, somehow, use the TMI product. Take your time, sometimes the foam around the list slot is too sharp and must be rounded off for smooth appearance. I use a high-speed air sander, sculpts the foam to whatever shape you need.

Thank you 2+2

Our foam has been tested and will last up to 93% longer than others being offered on the market today. We make our foam out of the best material available and the result is a very close cell foam, similar to the density of the 'memory foam' you see advertised all over the place for mattresses.

Let me know if you have any further questions!
