So I just picked up a set of 2v Aussie heads, and was wondering what everyone is running with these.
Any ideas on my setup or what has been proven to work in the past? I'd like to hear some times, just so I can get an estimate of where I'm going to be.
351c Bored .030 w/ Flat Top hypereutectics
Aussie 2v Heads w/ guideplates and studs
F246 Crane cam (.570/.590, I forget the duration, I think mid 40's/50's @ .050)
Weiand X-CELerator
750 DP Holley
Of course I've got all the supporting systems.
Driveline wise, 4.11 trac lok with an FMX
. I'm changing over to a C4 with a 3500 stall ASAP.
All of this is in my 70 Coupe which weighs in at around 3500 fully loaded.
I just want to know if I'm making the right choice running these heads over the 4v heads. It's a street car and gets the most action from redlight to redlight.
