who knows about torque converters.What is a stall speed and what does it mean when it says lock up and non lock up . Also whats a hardened input shaft.
i think on lock up, there is a clutch that locks it up so it spins 1:1 with the motor, for maximum efficiency (no slippage).
i could be wrong - im not much of an AOD guy.
