It was just supposed to be a versailles rear end swap into my 65 but my engine bay went from this:

to this

My engine turned into this

And then finally, progressed back into this

The engine should be back together completely this week, I ran out of rtv sealant last night and couldn't put the intake and valve covers back on. Next weekend should be a day to build the new floor pans and sub frame connectors. Ill try to keep some pics posted of my progress, this was friday and saturday night though. I forgot how hard those header bolts were to put in and take out.

Sorry for the bad pictures, I was kinda tired after torquing the head bolts to 115 ft/lbs a piece.

Lol.. I had the same problem this winter.

T5 swap turned into a complete steering system rebuild, taurus fan install, T5 swap, and dash overhaul.

lol. Been there. I think it always gets bigger because when it comes to cars most guys can not be content. We need more. Thus a small project getting bigger.

Yea, I know where the rearend is, this is what it looks like at the moment.

2 months ago the car was at least semi road worthy, now I need to buy a dolly just so I can move it around the garage. I feel a little like a ricer that went overboard trying to cut weight on his car.
