why my car ping sometime ???????

sometime when i floor my car i hear a little metal noise that come from the front of my car, it s like a little rock who knock on something, i have all the part brand new, plug, wire, cap, rotor, my timing is at 13, i have a 94 gt someone tell me to change the act sensor but no change after the installation, how i can be sure if this sound is pinging ?????


please help me i really dont know what to do ??????

Most people recommend changing the ect too.
What octane fuel are you using?

Clean your MAF meter really well.
Also unplug your battery for at least 30 minutes after doing the above tuneup to reset your computer.

Even if it doesn't help with the pinging it's something you should do anyway, especially if you have a K&N which tends to gunk up the MAF wire with filter oil.

i have a c&l 76 mm maf kit, i have also cleaned the maf with electrical cleaner but i dont unplug my battery, does it can help if i leave my battery unpluged for the night ??????

It doesn't have to be THAT long, but that would definitely work if you're not going out tonight.
