as i drive down the road they just slowly slide down... is this the regulator?? I was thinking of fixing up some power windows this summer, think this will fix it??

Yes it's the regulator. And yes a power windows kit will fix this problem so long as you get a kit that replaces the whole regulator (most are that way) instead of a universal type kit.
