I know this has came up a million times, but there are so many threads it would take a while to find, I want to put 17x9s up front and 17x10.5 in the rear and lower the car with some eibach springs will I get rubbing in the wheel well, with or without people in the back seat

I don't think rubbing would be a problem, especially since you really can't fit any 200+lb. people in the back anyways

you guys are lucky! I've got 10.5" 03 Cobras out back and 9" up front. The back ones rubs when I turn, or go over bumps. I'm running 315/35/17 Goodyear Eagle F1's

I had rubbing on mine. I have a 98GT. I had to turn the quad shock around so that the fat part of the quad shock (aka axle dampener) was in the center of the wheel. Then i also had to use spacers from pep boys which only cost 10 bucks for a pair. But all this works great now. It fit with stock cat back. But now that i got my SLP it fits even better.

I think it looks great on the Mustang with some meat on there, I just want it to be usefull meat, or something that is gonna work for me not against me. I am looking at getting the Bullitt style wheels 9s and 10.5, I just love the thruster look, I am glad they game back into style. I have the 8s now but I wanna add to it. Thanks for all the posts, I will just sit back and listen to everyone ramble on till I make my choice.
