will '96 GT fan fit a '98 GT?

if it had the overheat/coolant TSB done to it then yes it will, if not then no.

what would be the difference? it looks like the reason why it went bad is because it burned out... my '95 had that issue and i fixed it out of my own pocket, then went to the dealership and they re embursed me for it because of the TSB, didt know that it went as far as '98.

it was the 96 cars that had issues, so they were upgraded to 97 spec fan, shroud and wiring if you complained... so it says in the book...

so if the fan is from a 96 that was upgraded, it should * fit the 98..

* thats how i figure it... i may be wrong...

how can I tell if mine has been upgraded by looking under the hood? I hate going to ford for an oasis..bunch of dumbasses ask way to many questions and they are so slow if they know they arent making money off you...but mine hardly ever comes on and my temp hand stays in the between the M and A
