I have a guy that will sell me his toploader that came out of a 66 I6 mustang will it bolt up to a 302? Is it the same trans as one that goes behind a 302 or is it a inferior trans like a t5 for a 4 banger and a t5 for a 5.0L
that will depend on which top loader it is. if it has four top cover bolts, run away from is as fast as you can, as it is a six cylinder transmission that is suspect to begin with. if it is a nine bolt top cover, go ahead and get it as it is a V8 trans.
