Will a Probe walbro 255lph fuel pump work in my car?

Hey, Ive been told walbro pumps are universal, so this pump would work in my car. Brand new in box for 60 CDN, hell of a deal so Im wondering if i should buy it. thanks!

what do u mean? its just a walbro pump with no specific application?

No, its from a ford probe. I read on stangnet a guy put a mustang 190 lph pump into a probe and it worked fine, so this should work right?
