hi my name is kevin and i have a 347 stroker sbf...im recently put a deposit on a super victor intake a while back from a a friend. i get a call today from him telling me that he heard that intake would hurt me in power aspect. he said that the intake is for super/turbo charged motors only... please help me make a decision, below are my specs and motor setup

347
10.4.1 compression
.590 lift custom cam
1.72 rocker (giving me .620 lift on the cam)
AFR 185cc
42# injectors
80mm throttle body
80mm mass air
moroso electric water pump
long tubes w/3inch exhaust

im am ALL NATURAL in later intentions on a 150-200 shot of funny gas...the car a pretty much a race car but I'd like to weekend drive it occasionally...will my current setup work with the super victor? please help me out asap!!!! thank you for your time.

If you're spinning it up pretty high in the R's, you should be fine. That intake can flow a lot of air! An RPM Air gap might be a better choice though...If you were running a stroked Windsor, the Super Victor would probably be perfect. If you can get your money back I probably would, but if not I wouldn't get too concerned...
