Will this Rim and Tire Set Up Fit?

I'm looking at running a U.S. Wheel 15x8 rim 3.75 backspacing with a 275/50-15R Hoosier Drag Radial section width 10.8 or a 275/50-15R BF Goodrich Drag Radial section width 11.3.
If anyone could help I'd appreciate it.
My Nitto 245/50-16R Drag Radials section width 9.8 fit no problem with my 16x8 Detroit Cobra rims back spacing 5.125.
I'm concerned with the different back spacing affecting the fit.

that back spacing will make your rear tire sit out past your wheel well. you really do need a 5.5 inch back spaced tire. Well as you stated you got away with 5.1 inch backspace. Even my 4.5 inch back spaced tires for my slicks rub my wheel well lip. a 3.75 inch backspace will not work.

How about if I went with Summit Draglite replica's 15x8 with 4.5 back spacing.
Would a 275/50R15 section width 10.8 or 11.3 fit ok? Or should I go with a 235/60R15 section width 9.5 to be safe ?

the 275 tire fits nicely on the 8 inch wide rim. That 4.5 inch back space as i stated before will put the tires right under the wheel well lip. If the car is lowered at all the lip will probably sit on the tire.
