I have the same problem. I think one day something just broke and it goes up about a 1/4 inch too high. TTT

You're just full of problems huh Kyle. This is andrewsp2k3. I've talked to you on your g/f's aim a few times. How do you like that pro 5.0 shifter?

Take off your door panel. At the top of the door, right below the window sill there are adjustable stoppers. There are 2, I think--one for the front and one for the back of the window. Grab a socket, loosen the bolts and lower the stopper or stoppers. Do this until the window sits where you want.

I've had the same problem for the last 2 years, do just as StangJonGT says and it will be fixed until you bend those things back. I adjust mine once a year.

Is the window loose, ie able to be wiggled up and down with your hands?

The two metal ones on the top... with the felt pad on them.... I guess I'll shim the front one down with some washers then... cause its not tight at all without.

Uh... I found the problem... the stop fell off the window.

The actual STOP was laying in the bottom of the door.

How in the hell are you supposed to reattach this thing?

Don't know. Can't remember what they look like. Is that the one that is drilled into the glass?

Everything on the car is fine... just need to fix the window and then I'll start shopping for a body shop to do paint for me. Im gonna have to bust out the mirror and see what I can see in there today.

welp... I took some epoxy... mixed it... filled the part up with it... then stuck it on the window and in the track. Let it cure all day... just tried it... seems like its at the right height now.... maybe a little too high still... but I can adjust it now.

Hopefully the epoxy holds!!!!!
