My battery ran dead while the car was parked for several weeks with radar detector on. After gettting it jumped the drivers side window will go all the way up and then back down to a half way point. It wont stay up. Any ideas. I am not really wanting to reload the factory tune just to take it back to the dealer?
Thanks

First thing that popped in my head was maybe the windows need to be re-calibrated. Although I haven't heard of this problem specifically, I know others have had to reset their's due to the way the windows drop when you open the doors.

I think the procedure is in the owner's manual. If not, I'm sure you can search on here and find it.

I have had some problems with my windows also. They will go too far down and make a bang sound... Then when they are like half way down and you roll it up it sounds like the glass is going to break. Then sometimes you go to roll the window down, and it gets half way down and rolls itself back up.... or you roll it up and it will get half way up and roll down again. It doesn't happen enough for me to need to take it to my incompetent dealer, though.

I have folowed the re-calibration directions from the owners manual with no luck. I goes all the way up and come half way down on its own. Getting frustrated.
