leather electric seats weigh more than cloth. besides the cloth seats are fine. it was a weight choice. a premium stang is not much more. but it weighs more also.
I just prefer leather because it looks nicer and is easier to keep clean and such if well maintained. I can only really see not getting it if you were building a track car. Just saying that if it's going to be a DD why not spend a tad more. But I will also attest that alot of places can recover the cloth seats in alot better quality leather for less money! To each his own
