the big question is where does the wiring that goes into the switch lead too and which wires need to be grounded?
alright guys, i got new switches for my power windows in my 86 lx and they work just as well as the old ones. gosh, alright so i connect the power to where you should and that terminal recieves power but as soon as i put in what i think is the ground all the power is cut off, and it looks like no power even goes into the switch like this

_ _ <---after with the wire that i think is ground put in the lower left

so any ideas about what is up and where the wires go? a little hard to explain i suppose, any help appreciated.
