wiring harness

Can any body tell me if there is a reason I can't cut the passenger side wiring harness at the fire wall on a 92 lx 4 clylinder. I am going to install a carburated 331 and remove the air bag sensors.

im not positive but i belive some of the guages are run through it. but other than that i dont see why not.

cutting stuff is ghetto and backyard mechanicish...even if you're not planning on re-using it. Remove the wires properly. that way, if you need to go back you can.
