Sorry guys....but the Magnusson/Moss act isn't always that cut and dry, like I said. I've heard of dealers laughing out loud when hearing it quoted and still denying warranty claims. You may get lucky…..but if you want to be safe, you’d best wait until the car is out of warranty before making any major (or even minor is some cases) modifications to it, or just be content with the though of voiding your warranty. Otherwise, you may end up being caught with your pants down.
