With or With out

With my Msd 6Al hooked up my car likes to stall and the abs light stays on.

With out the car cranks forever before it turns over and runs like @#$%.

My car has
Flows an off road pipe
mac cold air
air pump delete
rear battery kit
drive shaft
asp pulley NEW came after these issues

What would cause this and how do I fix it.

change the coil and if that doesnt make the car start right up, i think there is a problem with your crank position sensor

Last I checked 5.0L didn't have Crank Position Sensors...

It's in the distributor on 5.0's.

yea my car is wierd, sometimes liek in the morning it starts up strong and perfect but after i drifve it for a while and then start it again it feels like it doesnt want to start and barley does and it doesnt let that quick roar out the tail pipes. it kind of sounds like grinding almost when it doesnt wanna start but then it still does but not strongly. i dont know if it my battery, starter or coil?
