wont blow out the vents

I have a 94 gt and nothing will blow out the vents it all blows out the top of the dash like defrost. It doesnt matter what i have it on (ac,heat vent) it all comes out the top... Has anyone else had this problem???

You have probably a cable loose in your dash, see in your dash board there are doors that direct air flow your controls are linked to them in one way or another you'll have to take your dash off and see if there is a cable loose or somthing

This may sound stupid, but there's little sliders next to the vents. Are they open? Just gotta start with the simple stuff.

I just bought a 94 gt and it had the exact same problem.
Pop the hood and on the top right by the drivers door there are a bunch of tubes/wires running along the firewall and there is a little 1 cm black tube that can be disconnected. That was the problem on mine.

i had the same problem and it was the vacuum line that went to the ac controls that opens up the flap doors. i caught the engine on fire and did not think i messed up anything until i tried ac. on the drivers side fender there will be a vacuum tree and it will have A/C on a port. follow that line and it should go in the firewall under the heater core. if not, then it is broken,
