Ok where to start. A few months ago i pulled the tag on my 92 lx to save fuel. i started it every week and after a few months the i believed the clutch safety switch was going out b/c it has had problems before. so.. i would turn the key to the on position and bump it off at the solenoid. it would run no problem. week or two later, the car wouldn't start at all when i tried. the fuel pump wasn't priming or even turning on. so when i would turn to start the fuel pump would kick on but only in start not on position. The car would run that day holding the key on start w/o starter engaging. now does nothing no fuel pump kick on at all.
So with the process of system failing i changed the lock cylinder and the ignition control module on the steering column. that did nothing. started swaping the relay for the fuel pump under the hood since mine is a 92 and nothing. i started testing voltage and at the fuel pump im getting 3v with a 12.6 charge on the battery out of the relay all the way back both sides of the inertia switch to the pump 3v! fuel pump works i can put direct power to it i get 40lbs of pressure and car still wont crank. have a great spark so im getting fire. tried with starter fluid just to her it fire and nothing.
saw a thread on the ECU test outlet grounded bottom right pin to test fuse links and fuel pump and works. So all fuse links are good but im just lost any help please thanks. I think the only thing it could be it the cpu
