I'm getting set to do a budget rebuild on a 302. I have twisted wedge heads, ported gt40 intake, blower cam, and all the rest of the top end stuff. I'm wondering if it's worth it to have the machine shop bore and tap for 1/2 headbolts rather than run the reducers in the heads. Anyone have this done?
