i dont see why it wouldnt, but theres cheaper ways to get 400hp out of your 4.6L than that motor. Just a thought a 351 would be sweet though

sure it will fit. saleen did it until 2000. you have to make sure on the emissions laws in your state. in know in CA that wouldnt be legal.
