so far i got an 89 gt auto with no mods and 54k miles on it im just wondering if this h/c/i set up is worth it? from latemodelrestorationparts.com is valued at $1600
would it be better to buy them as a kit or separetly?

im looking to make my car a 12 sec car as cheap as possible i know HP costs money but i wouldn't want to spend more then 2k so if anyone has any parts or set up they can suggest please go ahead im trying to learn here
