hi everyone, this is my first post on the tech tread, so don't hammer me to much. anyway i'm thinking about buying a 94 gt that has been wrecked in the front end. the car went under a big 4x4 truck bumper, so the fenders and top of the hood got hit. not bad on the damages, but the airbags went off. well i haven't messed with it to much but the interia switch was not tripped. is there something else i need to look for besides the obvious. give some ideals to me so i can start trouble shooting the problem. thanks for helping.

Difficult to say with what info you've given us. Please tell us exactly what happens when you turn the key to start the motor. Do you hear a clicking noise, but the engine doesn't turn over (sounds like it's trying to start)? Does the engine turn over but never starts?

well it will try to start but it sounds like it is not getting fuel. i,m going to check everything this weekend. going to pull the schrader valve and see if i got pressure. it's in a storage unit right know, so that's why i was needed some ideals on problem shooting. don't want to spend all day in a 10x10 unit. i will check all the electrical up front like cap, wires ,etc. can i pull any codes that might give me clue? thanks for the replies.

check the fuel pump switch in the trunk.. make sure it hasn't been tripped.. if so just push it.

Definitely check the inertia switch. Buddy of mine went over some railroad tracks and his car died. Sometimes it doesn't take very much to trip.
