Should I get it now or after I get my bolt-ons? Because I wanna get an MPH tune and i don't know if i'd be better off getting the car tuned after i get all the bolt on parts I want (full exhaust, TB, plenum, bigger injectors maybe)

Id wait. Do full exhaust / intake / cam and then get one. The very next thing to buy is gears; you can change the rear ratio with the tuner

You can benefit from the canned tune now. If you're gonna buy it later for a custom tune, why not buy it now and enjoy the canned tune?
