Do you notice a difference when you floor it from a roll, like at 40 mph? I know the gears will give a crazy bite when you floor it from a stop, but from 40 mph or more... would acceleration be reduced?

I dont really see how it could be reduced? I dont know the rpms autos rev at a specific gear, but I would assume since you are increasing to 4.10s, the rpm in all gears would be a bit higher, thus letting you rev quicker  Say you rev'd at 1500 at 40mph with stock gears, the 4.10s should put you around 18-1900rpm at the same mph. I wouldnt think this would cause any sort of loss in acceleration in any way shape or form.

You definatly notice an increase in acceleration to about 70... after that..
Pretty much your going through the gears faster.. but then again you top out quicker

I was going through the traps at about 6000 rpm's in 3rd... don't let it shift into O/D or you will loose a good .3th
