Anyone have the numbers on how many of each was produced in 65-66?

I've seen tons of mustangs over the years and basically all of them were C code, I've seen a couple of A codes, and only one K code. (I'm speaking of seeing them in person btw.)

I've got an A code 66 fastback GT (it is in fact an A code and GT), fully restored. I restored it a couple of years ago and put it back to stock. However, I really believe I would enjoy the car more if it were a restomod. Pretty much everything I have planned for it could be changed back to original without too much trouble.

The only thing I'm considering that's not a simple swap would be adding a mustang II front end, I'm wondering if the rarity of the car would make this a bad idea.

I have no intentions of ever selling the car, but you never know what might happen in the future and so it could always be a possibility.
