Speed Wobbles - New Rims

I purchased some new rims today put them on and the second I got them over 40 I got crazy shakes in my steering wheel, I didn't have this issue before putting them on there 17s any ideas on what it can be

What I thought just wanted to make sure before I get told they are my tie rods or some crap

Are they aftermarket rims? Is the bolt pattern correct? Is the center hub of the rim the correct size for the hubs on the spindles and rear axles? If the hub isn't seated properly, you could have vibration issues

Do you still have the old rims? Put them back on and observe. If the problem vanishes, it's the new rims and tires.
