Car shakes....

alright i have a problem and already gone threw a pair of shocks cause of this problem... but when i go to heat my tires up or make a small smoke screen... MY car shakes so bad everything comes apart! why? i can dump my clutch and my tires spin out of it... But if i attemp to hold my brake just slightly enough to stop the car and spin the backs. It shakes! badly! I know its wheel hop has to be! but how would i go about fixing this?

I have a king cobra clutch, 373 gears and new shocks not even a 100 miles on them! and yes its a dreaded stock rear end! and no im not running slicks or DR's

Probly stupid for asking this question considering i think i may no what i need but i just wanted to check...

Stock bushings in the LCAs and UCAs. Did you replace the quads? Most likely worn bushings though.

Haha... Now that i think about it. I dont even think i have quads! ooppps...



Nope just checked... I dont have quads! anyways... How can i fix this with out my quads? plan on going back to a big tire soon and dont want the quad. So how should i go about fixing this problem?


Edit: I can fix this with out quads right? i plan on rolling my fenders and beating my inner fender walls... And try to shove a good size tire on! or do i have to have the quads? i know about fliping them and all but do i have to have them?

I would get a good set of upper and lower control arms and give them tires hell! You will find other benefits to them anyway.

Maximum Motorsports there are plenty of good ones it's just my buddies use those and would not go any other way.

I'm sure he is doing this for fun because we all know that heating up street tires doesn't make them stickier it makes em have less grip.

I have Lakewoods traction action uppers and lowers on my car and do not experience wheel hop.
