no not yet. I dont think I want to do anything with this one. Im thinking of getting rid of it this summer and trying to get the Mustang that I really want even though it might take awhile and take some effort to get one.

Its usually a good thing to wait to get what you really want.
A '05 would be sweet but not cheap. More power stock, better handling and braking

thats what Im thinking. I could start out with what I have now, a stock 93 5.0 and by the time I got done building it.. New motor, brakes, interior, exhaust, prob new paint exc exc exc.. your looking at 15K + in mods then then more then that if I go forced induction again which I want to do anyway. I just said screw it I'll sell it for what I can, re coupe my losses and try and find what I really want. I have it narrowed down to 2 colors that I really want. If Im going to go through with this then Im not going to compromise on anything but the prob is I cant find any of these cars around Maine. Im going to have to go out of state either on Ebay or Autotrader unless a dealer can get one up here. Most likely saying bye bye to the CBR as well..yes you can all stop clapping now.

if you take your time you may not have to go to far to find the right car.

hey whats up guys. was looking around on unclehenrys.com and saw a 2003 torch red cobra with 9300 miles. says ex condition, completely stock and female driven. asking $26,000. not a bad deal. says its in Gray, ME. didnt know if any of you are looking or know of someone looking for a cobra. enjoy the weather:nonono:

:D :D

So you have finally seen the light Travis, and are thinking about getting an '03-'04 Cobra? Torch Red owns all:rolleyes:

Yeah its what I want. I just got off the phone w/ the owners of the one up in Gray. Its not the torch read which I really like but the other red like dans. I either want Red or Sonic Blue. Im going to go look at it on monday if its still for sale. Someone is coming to look at it this weekend but they have had it for sale off and on since last fall so Im hoping it wont go now either. Only prob is I really need to get rid of the bike first, I cant swing a payment on a Cobra + insurance while paying the same for the CBR

Thats what Im thinking. Its just a possiblity right now. Bikes on Ebay and that auction ends in 6 days. Have someone looking at the 93LX to. Once I get rid of those I can really think about a cobra so Im hoping that this one up in gray stays around for a while.

not sure if you saw it or not, there is a sonic blue in dover NH with 33k asking $29.5. it is on craigslist and autotrader.

ouch thats to much w/ 33K on it. Im trying not go go over 25K which is about what most of the cobras seem to be around. Although Sonic blue is the color Id want to most.

If he came down to 26K Id really look at getting that one.

yeah i agree. i def wouldnt pay that much for that car. all depends how far you want to travel. i searched like 6-8 mos for mine (black, completely stock, 8k miles for 27.5). hard to find any stock ones. i was shocked seeing that red one with 9k miles asking for 26k. pretty sweet deal. have you looked at all on svtperformance.com?

no I have not looked there yet Im pretty much stuck on having to get rid of my bike before I really look hard at getting one. Hopefully it goes on Ebay next week. I was pretty much set on the fact I was going to have to look out of New England to get one because it did not look like any were around here in Maine that were up for sale.

I got off the phone awhile ago w/ the owners of the one up in Gray. Adult owned and I can just tell this thing was pampered. Im going to go look at it on monday if it does not sell over the weekend. I really like that sonic blue but unless he came down Im not going to invest almost 30K for a Cobra w/ over 30,000 on it.
