No need for O2 sensors with straight pipes. Also, I wouldn't straight pipe it. You have a possiblity of having unequal backpressure and possibly warping a valve. You will need some sort or x/h-pipe in order to equalize the pressures between the two sides.
Just get a o/r prochamber. Your ears would be a bit more safe than. The environment would be abit more hurt, but than think about the factories already pushing smokes stacks into the air. I have a catted H now, but it sucks with my flows.
