What is with all the haters lately?

Why do I see so many times lately people that have fox body Mustangs bashing on them? If you don't like your car get rid of it and sell it to someone who will appreciate it. A fox body Mustang is a fox body Mustang and that's all it will ever be, which is whatever it wants to be. It is a very versatile car that can do a number of different tasks very well.

I can understand if maybe how you built yours you don't want to daily drive it, but don't come on here bitchin' about how inferior it is compared to newer cars. If you want something newer go and get it. This site is for Mustang fanatics, and we truly love our foxes despite its flaws. It is like a child to us, don't bash on it because we get very defensive. End of rant. Carry on!

I love my fox and my girl and I are looking at buying a sweet 85 (four eye). hehe... hey if they want to sell their Mustangs because they're tired of it - more power to them. Just puts more of them on the market for the rest of us nuts

It also drives me nuts. That being said when people pick out the points about the car that are weak we can look at ours and then into the aftermarket world to improve on the factory design to get rid of one more week point so that there are less flaws with the cars we drive.

The thing that kills me is this...

People are bashing the cars, when at one point, it was EXACTLY what they wanted. Just because technology has advanced, doesnt mean we should abandon anything from the past... hell, look how far fuel injection has come, and how many people are still using carbs. Yes, they are ancient comapred to dataloggers and links and whatnot, but they still work quite well.

i love foxes. i just had someone today yell out at me and my friend 94ghto, hey look its the ugly mustang club. i stopped and asked him what he said and he said its the really really ugly mustang club. me and my friend went in there and asked him what his problem was and he backed down and was all like i don't know what your talking about. haaha. i hate cowards.

Foxbodies have all the basic goodies that the newer cars have I'm not sure what theyre bitchin about actually. A/C and Heat, Seatbelts, Sunroofs,T-Tops,Verts Cd players, Power windows, Power seats, and the list goes on. Only thing we lack is those new heated and chilled cupholders that Dodge installs in their new avenger I think and a gps system from lexus . Waited 2 and a half years to find my fox and within the first month I've dumped 2 grand at my rate I'll be living in my car.
