I have a 1999 cobra and i just got the check engine light and i checked it out and it says i have a cylinder 5 misfire. While im down there im going to change all the plugs and wires but i dont know what to use. Some people say the Bosch and some say the NGK. And for wires should i go with MSD 8.5mm or the ford racing ones. Price doesnt really matter that much i just need some help. Also how long would this project take to do thanks.

You have no sparkplug wires - the 99 has a COP (Coil On Plug) ignitiion system. Once you remove the spark plug covers that sit on top of the valve covers, you will see what I mean...

If you plan on changing the plugs, a good copper plug will be just fine.

Make sure you change them when the motor is 100% cold. For example: First thing in the morning. Changing them warn or hot, may strip your thread holes in the cylinder head!!:bang:
