these mother's at my local dealership they are something else! i brought my car in to get the thump'n noise fix in the suspension, i told them the problem so he said his tech has to drive it and come up w/ the problem and i handed him the TSB print out to the service guy so he would know what hell i'm talking about and told him don't try to pull a fast one on me...So, an hour has gone by and the car hasn't been touched, i took it out of service because i had to be somewhere! did my errands and noticed the bottom of my bumper was scratch i mean deep scratch into the paint and into the bumper itself....BOY was i heated, went back and these guys were trying to weasle out of this one! stupid porter parks it and runs it over those parking stall blocks, these people just don't care for anybody's car. now i have to bring it back so they could get an estimate at their body shop! all of this could have been avoided if there was just a little common sense involved. 
Lithia? those bastids fubar'd my car as well. Lithia of Omaha, that is. ill never go to lithia again! nice to know they spread their reputation around their entie sales area.
