much better prep!!! and they prep 3 more times throughout the day

Our events are DR ro Slick tire only which also helps

We get the same thing as the NHRA ProStock cars get when they come to test in the winter

Last event we had a ton of broken rear end and tranny parts due to hooking hard, and Al Papitto set the record for a N/A 5.4 Modular Mustang...he went low 9s at 130ish

and i lost my shoe in the staging area...twice

Oh and they prep and let us race in both lanes

Not me. Mother hasn't been well. Tests tomorrow at pen-bay and more next thurs.

My sister is coming up this weekend w/ her allergic daughter, so I've been cleaning like a little bitch last 2 days. Stupid cats have been banned to the outside and are repaying me w/ muddy footprints on my car.

It'd be nice to get a paycheck this week, with this nice weather, but we'll see. I suppose I'll have to freeze my ass off this winter to make ends meet again.

ok WTF does all that do? Does it get you to the track any quicker

I wanted 12's last night so bad but the track conditions went to crap once it started to get dewy outside. I think that bit of moisture in the air effected the track b/c I never hooked again as good as I did on the first run when it was cool out but the sun was still out keeping the track warm. Next time I go I'll have on the ET streets and get there way early so the car can cool down a good amount for a first run right when it opens.
