FWIW, I recently had occasion to swap in-depth emails with Brian and his replies were *very* quick (we even swapped some in real-time after midnight during the week).

That guy is amazing when it comes to support for his product. I can imagine brian is swamped with his business, yet it appears he makes every effort to answer questions and troubleshoot.

If not within a few hours, i dont think i've waited longer than 18 hours for an answer from him.

Just know that it could take awhile to get the product (its an in-demand product), so order ahead of time and dont wonder if its gonna come or not....it will be there eventually.
