You'll need some MIL eliminators. If not, you'll throw codes and your car will go into "safe mode". When it does that, you loose alot of power. OR, if you have a tuner you can have a tuner guy turn off the rear O2 sensors.

Rear o2 codes do not throw it into safe mode. Things like front o2 errors and MAF errors will put it into safe mode but not rear o2 errors since they are not used to determine fuel delivery.
