got the car ready, mounted the new prostars (big and littles) headed to the track!
i made it 5 miles from my house and blew a rear tire. So brand new ET Street destroyed as well as the wheel..WTF??? so Fred and i swap on my Nitto DRs and leave the skinnies on and keep headed to the track. I get there and my Fuel pres guage dies!!!! i quickly fixed that and then the window won't go up!!! ARRRRGGGGGHHH!! i pull the SVTperf patented door trick and up the window goes
i made 2 passes...and both sucked on the crappy Nitto DRs
12.31 @ 116 with a 1.91 60
12.33 @ 117 with a 2.01 60
spinning with a hint of hop through 1st and 2nd and part of 3rd on both runs
Ambient temp was 92F, HIGH humidity + a headwind. Last time i raced at BMP i went 12.02 @ 120
3ths and a 3MPH loss with way more heat and humidity isn't too bad considering last time i ran it 50F outside and had a tailwind, but damn i wanted to test out my new ET Streets!
oh well, i'll get the yellow slowness in the 11s yet dammit! today just sucked from the start Lol...and i drove the bitch home so it wasn't that bad of a day

I should be able to get 1.7 60FT this year, has not gone well so far but I think the car needs a basic tune up. Good luck with your 11's, you should be able to get it, other then Shaw has anyone else gotten 11's? I know dan was really close but not sure if he ever did, and Im not sure about bryan either. I know mike was at 11.7
